Then it's hand rolled into a bite-sized bon bon and covered with delicious toppings. Naturally gluten-free, a brigadeiro is the best way to satisfy a sweet tooth!

Serving Instructions
Brigadeiros should be refrigerated until serving time. They will remain fresh for 1 week in the refrigerator, or for 1 month in the freezer. Thaw for 20 minutes before serving. They are best when enjoyed at room temperature!
